Why does linen cost more than other fabrics?

Linen takes more time and resources than cotton or synthetic fibres, both to grow and to process. Our linen is 170 g/m². With proper care, linen bedding lasts for many years and gets softer with every wash.

Are the colours exactly the same as in the photos?

We do our best to show the true colour in our photos. However, every screen displays it differently, and linen has natural variations in tone and texture. If you are unsure, order a sample.

Can I feel the fabric before buying?

Yes. You can order a fabric sample for €4.99. With the sample you receive a code to use when you place your order, and we deduct that amount.

Does linen shrink when washed?

It shrinks slightly in the first washes, and our sizes already account for it. To keep shrinkage to a minimum, wash at 30-40 °C.

Is linen comfortable in every season?

Yes. In summer it breathes, and in winter it keeps you warm.

Where does the linen come from?

We use European linen with European Flax certification. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. At checkout you can choose Klarna and pay in 3 interest-free instalments.

How do I choose my size?

Choose according to the width of your bed:

• Single (90 cm): 150×220
• Double (135/140 cm): 220×220
• Queen (150/160 cm): 240×220
• King (180/200 cm): 260×240

How long will my order take to arrive?

We prepare your order within 24-48 working hours and ship with Correos, UPS or SEUR. Delivery to mainland Spain usually takes 2 to 5 days. Once it ships, you will receive an email with tracking.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping to mainland Spain is free on orders of €89.99 or more. Below that amount, the cost is shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside Spain?

Yes, we ship across Europe. You can find the countries and rates on the Shipping and Returns page.

Can I return an item if I don't like it?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Write to us at info@gemahome.net and we will tell you how to proceed. For orders delivered to mainland Spain, we cover the cost of return shipping. For orders delivered outside mainland Spain, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Write to us at info@gemahome.net with a photo of the product and your order number, and we will sort it out.
